It's the first Monday of the new year. Breathe deeply into all of the cracks and crevices of your body and ready yourself for this new week, month and year. Find a gentle spot that warms your soul and take just five minutes for your meditation practice today. If you like chants or mantras, try "Sat Nam" (pronounced saaaaaaaaahhhhhhht-nam, with the sat extended 8 times as long as nam). It means "truth is my name" and is said to help with intuition. This time of year everyone can use a little help with internal and external intuition and understanding.
